1 General Terms & Conditions

Ke9 (hereinafter referred to as "ke9", "we", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming platform operating at https://ke9.link. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between ke9 and all members ("you" or "member") who use this Platform.

By creating an account on ke9, using any of our services, or browsing the website, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using any ke9 services.

2 Account Registration

To register with ke9, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. ke9 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete details, at any time.

Account Security

Keep your ke9 account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact ke9 Support immediately.

3 Membership Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to become a ke9 member. If these conditions are not satisfied, ke9 reserves the right to close the account and either refund or forfeit any remaining balance.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, ke9 reserves the right to verify such cases.
• Registrations from regions where online betting is prohibited by law will not be accepted.
• Ke9 employees are not permitted to place bets on personal accounts.

4 Deposits & Payments

Ke9 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit limit: determined by account tier
• Daily deposit limit: based on membership tier and KYC status

Key Rules

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Successfully processed deposits are typically reflected in your balance instantly.
• If a payment fails, please contact the support team with proof of the transaction.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before making any withdrawal from ke9. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verified status.

Withdrawal Process & Timeframes

• Amounts below ৳50,000: typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• ৳50,000–৳2,00,000: within 2–6 hours (additional verification may be required)
• Above ৳2,00,000: 24–48 hours (subject to enhanced verification)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, ke9 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All ke9 bonuses and promotional offers are governed by these Terms & Conditions alongside the specific terms of each offer. In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, the terms of the specific offer shall take precedence.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically x5–x10) that must be met.
• Wagering must be completed before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Ke9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activities on ke9 are conducted with transparency and fairness. ke9 reserves the right to refuse, amend, or void any bet at its sole discretion.

Important Betting Terms & Conditions

• Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ke9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Ke9 may void any bet where match-fixing or other improper conduct is suspected.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by market and event.

Live Betting

Odds in ke9's live betting section may change in real time. Bets that are submitted during a connection loss or with a significant delay may not be accepted.

8 Responsible Gaming

Ke9 believes betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to the well-being and protection of our members.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• The self-exclusion feature allows members to suspend their account for a specified period.
• A cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 months is available for temporary breaks.
• Ke9 enforces strict measures to prevent anyone under the age of 18 from registering an account.

9 Account Closure Policy

Ke9 may close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Creating Multiple Accounts
• Registration with false information
• Bonus System Abuse
• Suspected fraud or money laundering
• Harassment of other members or ke9 staff
• Operating an Account on Behalf of a Minor

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any pending bets and remaining balance will be settled before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

Ke9 strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, ke9 is not liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connection issues
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Delays due to third-party payment provider failure
• Losses resulting from sharing your account password or credentials with another person
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

Continued use of ke9 following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Revised terms will be published on the relevant page after each update.
